The Randle Firefighters’ Association has you covered for Fourth of July fun, with four full days of events the entire family will like. Their schedule is as follows:

Flea Market July 1st thru 4th at the fire station, 08:00am – 6:00pm.
Firefighters Breakfast 1st and 2nd at the fire station, 07:00 – 11:00.
Fireworks July 3rd at the White Pass School grounds at dusk (10:00 ish)

It’s the last Friday Farmers Market in downtown Chehalis! We’re wrapping it up with an amazing street concert from Paul Mauer and the Silence!! Come out for live music and hot food. Visit with your favorite farmers market vendors. Produce is abundant there are pumpkins and squash, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, corn, beets, cabbage, gourmet cultivated mushrooms, flowers, herbs, plants, art, fresh eggs, hand and body salves, hand crafted teas, jellies and jams, organic cheeses and much more! We may be small, but we pack in the variety! Thank You Chehalis! Tuesday Market will be open through the end of October.

Burnt Ridge Nursery founder Michael Dolan will lead a tour of our 20-acre organic fruit and nut orchard, with a focus on crops that ripen in the summer including blueberries, mulberries, and figs. Cultivation and propagation techniques will be discussed, as well as the specific characteristics of the varieties that do well here in the Pacific Northwest. Fruit samples and snacks will be provided to-go this year, and all events will be held outdoors in compliance with Washington state COVID guidelines. 2 tours: 10 am -noon and 1:30-3:30. Limit of 30 guests per tour. $15 per individual; $30 for a family (up to 4 people). Parking is limited, please carpool if possible. The Loft was built for mercantile and implements in 1906. The Sears came in the 1940’s. Mixed with history of timeless details of brick & mortar with hand-hewn old growth! This building is absolutely stunning! You won’t want to miss this Market!

We will be doing a door prize of a basket with goodies from our vendors! All the proceeds from the Raffle will go to the Lewis County Animal Shelter! Raffle tickets are $1 each!
