Total Body Reset is a two-hour, anatomy-based workshop that takes you through guided self-myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.
These techniques improve mobility and movement, decrease pain and stress, increase circulation, and induce calmness after rolling.
Therapy balls will be provided for use during the workshop.

Christy has a BA in Recreation Management from BYU, is a Yoga Tune Up® Certified Instructor, is trained in Roll Model Method, has completed her Gym Jones Level 2 certification, and is a Partner and Assistant Head Coach at Nerdstrong Gym in North Hollywood.

Kim Adelson, a member of the Black Hills Audubon Society and longtime professor, joins us in our NEW office for a cozy talk about how our local bird populations are changing as they feel the effects of climate change in our area, and what we can do to help our local avian wildlife! The lecture will be followed by ample time for questions and discussions with Kim, group discussion, and review of Kim’s resources.

Let’s Play Something will be doing our 2nd annual KID FEST (at the Funtime Festival) at the Napavine shopping center at 114 NW Alder Ave (in front of Annie’s market) on JULY 15th! We’ll have bounce houses from The Hop Shop, balloon creations by Mr. Twister, face painting, carnival style games, crafts and activity booths, and so much more!! Live music provided by our own Payton Gifford! We’ll even have the Calico Critter mascot at our event this year! 😀 Be sure to check it out! We’ll start right after the Funtime Festival parade ends, around noon (parade starts at 11am).
