A free training for adults how to Prevent, Recognize & React Responsibly to child sexual abuse! Lunch is provided, registration is required.
** 4 CLOCK HOURS are available for educators, CEU’s are available for RN’s!!
The Stewards of Children program is;
* Evidence based training, designed for individuals and organizations concerned about the safety of children.
* An empowering program that shows the life-long impacts of abuse through stories of real victims
*Shows opportunities where adults can make a difference and that as a community
OJJDP recognized evidence based program
Featured keynote speaker Margaret Hoelzer – A Double Olympian and three-time Olympic Medalist in Swimming, as well as a former World Record holder. Margaret is currently the National Spokesperson for the National Children’s Advocacy Center as well as being a featured survivor in the training video ‘Stewards of Children’ by Darkness to Light.
Weekly event on Wednesdays from 1:00 – 1:50 p.m.

With a theme of “April in Paris,” the Eastern Lewis County Hospital Foundation’s annual Ladies Brunch will offer a touch of elegance while brimming with fun and laughter.
Ingeborg Kiser, a World War II war bride will share her experiences of growing up in Europe.
The event will also include a fashion show by Gracie’s and Lularoe Boutique.

The goal of this club is for young adults to get together to read, discuss, and share YA literature. No genre is excluded! (So long as it’s Young Adult.)
Regular meetings will be held on the 4th Sunday of every month, from 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Call to pre-register and to receive instructions on obtaining a soil sample prior to the workshop. If you want to grow better plants, you first need to understand the texture of your soil. Collect and bring in a sample of your soil and learn how to test for pH, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium.
