Burnt Ridge Nursery founder Michael Dolan will lead a tour of our 20-acre organic fruit and nut orchard, with a focus on crops that ripen in the summer including blueberries, mulberries, and figs. Cultivation and propagation techniques will be discussed, as well as the specific characteristics of the varieties that do well here in the Pacific Northwest. Fruit samples and snacks will be provided to-go this year, and all events will be held outdoors in compliance with Washington state COVID guidelines. 2 tours: 10 am -noon and 1:30-3:30. Limit of 30 guests per tour. $15 per individual; $30 for a family (up to 4 people). Parking is limited, please carpool if possible. WorkSource is holding a FREE indoor Pop-Up Event at the Great Wolf Lodge in their Convention Center on Wednesday, November 3rd from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Come and chat in-person with WorkSource staff to learn about the resources we offer and how we can assist with your job search. Recruiters from multiple employers will also be present. Bring questions and copies of your resume if you are ready to apply!

Start a fun holiday tradition with this fun one-day event on Saturday, November 20. Held in a Gorgeous Barn/Event Venue, with all supplies provided to make a wreath! Christmas music throughout the day! All Funds raised for SMA.

Join us on Saturday, December 4 at noon at the Adna Grocery and from 3-6 p.m. at Back Memorial Park where we are celebrating the holidays with music (provided by Adna Schools), a Lion’s Club food drive, visits from Santa and, of course, a tree lighting!
Santa is scheduled to fly in by helicopter at Adna Grocery at 12 p.m. (weather permitting). He will also arrive at 3 p.m. for more visits at Back Memorial Park.
After months of social distancing and COVID precautions, we hope to safely bring the community together outdoors with this event. This is a great time to gather, with goodwill and celebrate the season! Dress for the weather and bring an umbrella if needed.

Join the Lewis County Stream Team to plant trees on Saturday, February 12 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM! We will be planting along Wisner Creek and Mill Creek to improve water quality and fish habitat. Enjoy the beauty of nature and learn about stream restoration projects, beavers as ecosystem engineers, and Coho salmon in the Chehalis River Basin! Work gloves and tools will be provided. on SR 6 for two miles and take a right onto Chilvers Road. After one mile take
a right onto Jeffries Road. The parking lot will be marked and is on the right after
Glenview Drive. Look for the salmon signs.
