Stay within the limits of your own body and preference. The music and movement can help to process emotion, relieve stress, free inhibitions, open the heart, and invite joy inside.
We’ll dance for 75 minutes, there will be a Sound Bath Healing session directly after the dance to really sink you into a blissful state. Then we’ll celebrate the full Snow Moon with a campfire!
