This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
Researchers can bring their genealogy questions to get help from members of the Lewis County Genealogical Society. Whether you’re just starting out or are stuck on a difficult problem, the experts are here to help! The workshop is held every third Saturday of the month and this series will be held in the small meeting room.

The Centralia Timberland Library PageTurners book group is closing out 2019 with two “Open Book Club” style discussions in November and December. You are invited to learn to Square Dance with the Prairie Steppers starting Tuesday Sept. 10, 2018 and continuing on Tuesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Oakview Grange, 2715 North Pearl Street in Centralia until December 17. Your first lesson is free, then just $2.50 per lesson taught by nationally known caller Don Wood.

Learn about butterflies in this hands-on workshop for kids! Make a collage with real butterfly wings, examine wings with digital microscopes, make a butterfly garden to take home, and more! For school ages 6-11. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Novice and Level 1 ~ walk only
Level 2 ~ walk, trot
Level 3 ~ walk, trot, canter
In Hand and/or Ride
$35 for the whole day.
Lunch: Pot Luck bring something to share!
