This transformative process will free you from limiting beliefs and the past pains that keep you from experiencing the full potential of joy this life holds for you.
Anna lives in South Puget Sound with her husband and animal friends. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, volunteering, and baking everything imaginable.

Saturday, September 8 – Look Within
In this meditation class you will focus on looking with, and developing awareness of what you have stored inside your energy system. Disturbances such as pain, invalidation and other people’s information in your space can cause discomfort for your body and affect your flow of energy. This can cause you to look outside of yourself for answers, creating a disconnect between you and your body. Looking within will provide awareness of what your body is communicating to you. You will learn practical techniques such as grounding, centering and releasing energy, with a focus on the first, fifth and sixth chakras.

Saturday, September 15 – Inspire
In this meditation class you will focus on consciously creating your life. Everything you have experienced in life is a manifestation of your creations. However, most people are creating unconsciously and therefore, not creating what they want. Simply discovering what you wish to create for yourself is a process. It is not uncommon for us to focus on creating what other people want for us, rather than what we want for ourselves. In this class you will become aware of how you have been creating up to this point, and learn techniques to consciously create what you want. We will focus on the first, third and sixth chakras.

Saturday, September 22 – Forgive
In this meditation class, you will focus on forgiving yourself and others. People often confuse forgiveness with excusing or accepting a behavior or action. Forgiveness is simply letting go of the pain, and moving on. We tend to punish ourselves and others for betrayals and other inappropriate and uncomfortable experiences. However, this only causes suffering and ensures that you will remain bound to that experience. Forgiveness allows you to retain the lesson but let go of the repercussion. Experiencing pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice. In this class you will focus on healing past pain and validating your unique journey and resilience. We will focus on the first, second, third and fourth chakras.

Saturday, September 29 – Empower
In this mediation class, you will focus on clearly seeing yourself and your truth in the world. With the busyness of everyday life, it is easy to lose sight of our unique purpose within it. We sometimes find ourselves believing things others want us to believe, and doing things others want us to do. In this mediation class you will focus on your individual information and your truth in the world. It is common for us to operate through other people’s information we receive from childhood, society, work and relationships. You will recognize information you have been creating through that is not yours, and no longer appropriate for you and your life. You will utilize techniques to let go of this information, so that you can clearly know yourself and your truth in the world. We will focus on the first, fifth and seventh charkas.
