This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
Warm up this winter with our hoop drop in offerings. Hoop drop in classes will be one hour of group instruction to great music. This all level class will cover a group warm up and hoop movement as well as individualized instruction. This is a great way to work on your hoop flow and have the added flexibility of drop in classes.
Each drop in session is limited to 10 participants. Pre-registration encouraged. Hoops will be provided

Hello fellow bakers! Lets meet up for introductions and to plan our first bake! Stop by The Station Coffee Shop at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday December 31 if you would like to participate.
This will be a simple meet and greet to get acquainted and to organize our first official meet up with our baked good to share!
If you would like to participate in the first bake, but cannot attend the meet and greet simply send me a message and I’ll fill you in on the details.

Free and fun introduction to square dancing. A chance to get out and get moving. You’ll be dancing right away. Good exercise for body and brain in a friendly atmosphere. No experience necessary. This social, family-friendly class gets your body and mind moving in a fun atmosphere. By the end of ten weeks you will have learned the basics of modern square dancing – the same moves used in thousands of square dance club dances and dance events throughout the world. You’ll be dancing at the very first lesson. Couples, families and singles are all welcome. Join students from Centralia High School to complete work on native planting along the Discovery Trail. No equipment needed; we’ll be placing plant protection etc. on the plants.
Please remember to dress for the weather. This event is rain or shine, wind or snow!

In this two hour workshop Katie will lead you through an adventure of finding balance on your hands with various arm balances and inversions.
We will move through an easy flow to start and get warmed up then dive into more advanced postures, taking the time to break them down. Learn to trust yourself and how to be confident when your feet aren’t on the ground.
