Join us at the Sanctuary for medicine making – cold and flu. In this workshop, we will be focusing on medicine for the winter season. We will be making fire cider, wellness formula, chest rub, elderberry syrup and cough syrup.
What you need to bring:
1 pint of raw honey
2-quart jars with lids

We will begin by taking a stone quiz to find out which ones you need to have in your life and why. We will learn how to clear and clean your stones and the right and wrong way to use them. Then you, yes you, will put your intent in and charge your own stones.
