Warm up this winter with our hoop drop in offerings. Hoop drop in classes will be one hour of group instruction to great music. This all level class will cover a group warm up and hoop movement as well as individualized instruction. This is a great way to work on your hoop flow and have the added flexibility of drop in classes.

Each drop in session is limited to 10 participants. Pre-registration encouraged. Hoops will be provided

In this two hour workshop Katie will lead you through an adventure of finding balance on your hands with various arm balances and inversions.
We will move through an easy flow to start and get warmed up then dive into more advanced postures, taking the time to break them down. Learn to trust yourself and how to be confident when your feet aren’t on the ground.

The Lewis County Historical Museum is hosting “Lewis County Mythology.” Guest speakers will include: Cliff Barackman from Animal Planet’s “Finding Bigfoot;” Scott Taylor, BFRO member and Bigfoot researcher; Patty Valdez, team lead for South Sound Paranormal Research; and Vince Ynzunza, host of Pacific NorthWEIRD. From Bigfoot encounters to flying saucers, you’ll learn a lot about the unusual side of Lewis County.
