Nia is a fun, energetic barefoot dance workout that helps you become healthy, powerful and beautiful. Experience Nia in this 1 1/2 hour workshop designed specifically for beginners. We’ll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience required!
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of breath work, meditation and a sacred, sound healing concert. Kristen creates a sacred bath of healing sound with metal Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, bells, planetary chimes, tingshas, shakers, a rose quartz alchemy bowl, handheld crystal bowls, a healing gong and other soothing percussive instruments.

This is a workshop on how to travel with guns. Packing to fly with your guns or traveling out of state.
Caleb Nakia Rogers brings “Kookoolele” to the library. Come learn the basic chords and play favorite tunes in less than an hour. Bring a ukulele or use one provided. “Kookoolele” is a blast!
This event is a fun afternoon and evening of shopping, dining and enjoying time with all your favorite ladies. The first 200 will receive a “Goodie Bag” filled with various items and coupons from the local, participating business.
