Last Will and Testament: The Basics and Beyond @ Centralia Timberland Library
Oct 27 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Many Americans avoid planning for the final distribution of their property and the guardianship of their minor children. While it can be emotionally difficult, planning ahead allows you to outline your wishes. Expert legal assistance from an attorney may be necessary; others may find the process simple. This workshop will outline some situations that warrant getting legal counsel to help with planning. It will also highlight simple will forms for both single and married people, with or without minor children.

The presenter is Rob Mead, Director of the Washington State Law Library, a member of the Washington and New Mexico bars, and a co-author of the legal treatise Advising the Elderly Client.
