Mirror mirror on the wall; do you see yourself at all?! Often in life, we believe the vision that others have of us, leaving us feeling disempowered and lost. Are you ready to let that go? Are you hungry for nourishment, self-love and a deeper connection to whom you were born to be? Are you ready to let go of limiting beliefs and self-sabotage? It is time sisters, to be the powerful woman that you were meant to be.
This profound workshop will nourish your mind, body and spirit by connecting you to the natural world and introduce you to the powerful woman that you already are. Come and transform yourself through holistic coaching and nature-based rituals that will help guide you to powerful insights, self-discovery and personal growth. In this journey, we will create sacred soul songs, write our pain and speak it freely. You will bless yourself with power charged waters and beautify yourself with silken scarves and jewelry, and then and only then will you look into the mirror….. The Oracle will speak to the depths of the beauty that you are, and you will dance around the fire and sing your soul song.
Each participant will need to provide two scarves and a few pieces of costume jewelry (thrift stores are the best place to find these).
