Lyceum Lecture Series Thursdays, Noon at the Roxy Theater The Lyceum Lecture Series is a community education class through Centralia College East. Drop in for one or two lectures for free, or sign up for the class and come to as many of the talks as you can. (Class fee for the complete series is only $25.)

Run Amok Irish Run Club @ O'Blarney's at Gibson House

Our season starts on the first Thursday after St. Patrick’s Day and then meets every Thursday until the last Thursday before Halloween. We meet at 6pm at O’Blarney’s Irish Pub in downtown Centralia to begin our weekly run. We will have 6-8 different routes which we will alternate throughout the year. We end our run at O’Blarney’s to enjoy great food and some social time before we all embark on our respective Fridays!

Each program will have a different theme, with demonstrations and examples you can take with you. Come and learn new techniques or share your own DIY experiences! All supplies will be provided. This month we will explore solutions for keeping your house clean.

Women Vietnam Veterans: Our Untold Stories @ Vernetta Smith Chehalis Timberland Library

Donna Lowery is a retired Army Sergeant Major, one of the first group of women selected to service in Vietnam. She put together a 20-member book team to research and collect these stories that chronicle the participation of American military women (other than nurses) who were stationed in the Republic of Vietnam during the Vietnam War.
