Mayor & City Council
The city council’s regular meetings are held at 5:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Otherwise, city councilors do not keep regular office hours at city hall. Please call to arrange an appointment.
The City Council provides elected representation of the citizenry in the governing body. The Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month (7 p.m. at City Hall) to approve expenditures of funds and set public policy for the community, with the primary criteria being the safety, health, and general welfare of the community.

Have you been curious about Nia but not been ready to jump into a class? This is the workshop for you! You’ll dance, move, laugh and shake and put pleasure into your workout!
Experience Nia in this 2 hour workshop designed specifically for beginners. We’ll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience required!

Take a break from your book and enter a drawing, craft a bookmark, or have your photo taken on social media.
Join us for a reading party in honor of National Readathon Day 2016. Celebrate the joy of silent reading at the library – bring your favorite book or select one from the shelves. Complimentary tea and coffee will be served and you can enter to win raffle prizes, craft a bookmark, post a photo on social media, and share the love of reading and books in this community celebration
