Our season starts on the first Thursday after St. Patrick’s Day and then meets every Thursday until the last Thursday before Halloween. We meet at 6pm at O’Blarney’s Irish Pub in downtown Centralia to begin our weekly run. We will have 6-8 different routes which we will alternate throughout the year. We end our run at O’Blarney’s to enjoy great food and some social time before we all embark on our respective Fridays!

In this 2 hour workshop with Katie, you will explore different variations of poses and gain a working knowledge of what’s appropriate for you in your practice and your body.
Want to add more challenge to your practice? Learn how to add on to poses to increase intensity. Want to find a gentler approach? Learn how to modify postures for YOUR body. You’ll also receive tips on how to get into new postures from binds, backbends and balances (on both hands & feet).

The goal of this club is for young adults to get together to read, discuss, and share YA literature. No genre is excluded! (So long as it’s Young Adult.)
Regular meetings will be held on the 4th Sunday of every month, from 1:30pm – 3:00pm
