This event is designed for beginning and intermediate tri-athletes on an open course. The sprint triathlon begins with 250-meter swim (15-minute heats) in an indoor 25-meter pool. Athletes then move on to a 16K bike ride through flat neighboring streets and a 5K run through scenic Fort Borst Park. Proceeds will be donated to ALS.

This year’s theme, The Revenge of the Sixth, will be packed with Star Wars characters, goodies, decor and fun. There will be activities for fans of all ages.
Race check-in will begin at 9 a.m. The 5k will begin at 10 a.m. Games, vendor booths, and activities will go until 1 p.m.
There will be booths and vendors, an inflatable slide, performances by Mister Twister, the balloon artist, Star Wars characters, a photo booth, music, costume contests, and lots of prizes. Activities are open to runners and non-runners.

Runners and walkers must pre-register to be guaranteed a race T-shirt and swag bag. Race day registration is available, but T-shirts will be limited.

Family Rate (4) –$50 ($5 more per person after four)
All prices will be $5 more per person on race day. There are competitive and non-competitive run and walk options.

Join more than 30 teams raising money for cancer research at this year’s Relay For Life, taking place at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds.
The 5th Annual Roxy Golf Tournament at Ironwood Greens, Glenoma, features 50/50 raffle, prizes, and events such as: Long Drive for men and women, Nearest the Pin for 2 holes for men and women. Participation fee of $30/person includes 12 holes and a complementary Roxy Theater movie ticket.
5 & 8 mile trail ride to benefit WASLICO (Washington State Livestock Coalition) for its non-profit activities to benefit Lewis, Thurston and Mason county livestock owners. Over 115 riders last year! And over $5,000 in cash and prizes raffled off.

DAP Hoops with the help of The NW Sports Hub is hosting a drop in 1 day tournament to conquer domestic violence.
The event is open to boys and girls grades 4th to high school and adults. Entry fee is a generous donation toward raising funds for the two kids two weeks ago who was caught in the middle of a domestic violence triangle in Lacey. All proceeds will go to help the 2 kids.
