Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of breath work, meditation and a sacred, sound healing concert. Kristen creates a sacred bath of healing sound with metal Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, bells, planetary chimes, tingshas, shakers, a rose quartz alchemy bowl, handheld crystal bowls, a healing gong and other soothing percussive instruments.

In honor of the service members who serve and have served our country, all veterans and active duty service members are invited to attend classes FREE this veteran’s day.
