The Ashtanga Primary Series 90-Minute Class experience is the one that started it all and has influenced the modern yoga that is most commonly practiced today. Ashtanga is a systematic sequence of predetermined flowing postures linked together with the breath. It is a dynamic practice designed to increase strength, flexibility and endurance.

The Ashtanga practice is good for people who like discipline and routine. It’s a great practice for all levels as it encompasses all aspects of the physical practice. Be prepared to sweat as the sequence detoxifies the body. At its core, the Ashtanga practice is exercise.
