Do you have concerns about your child’s development? In-Tot Developmental Center is OPEN, taking referrals and providing Teletherapy Services for those living in Lewis County!
Much of daily life has slowed due to COVID-19, but your child’s growth hasn’t. If you’ve noticed any developmental delays or if something doesn’t seem quite right, contact In-Tot. They offer a variety of free services to help keep your child’s growth and development on track.
Not sure if intervention services are warranted? Here are a few questions to ask yourself:
- Do you see delayed onset of first words?
- Is your child using speech that is difficult to understand?
- Does your child have difficulty eating a variety of textured foods?
- Are they slow to crawl or walk?
A child may be referred to In-Tot Developmental Center by anyone. You don’t have to have a doctor’s referral to receive a free developmental screening. If a child’s development is a concern, a family resources coordinator (FRC) can share information on how to get a complete evaluation for your child.
In-Tot Developmental Center provides playgroups, educational opportunities, pediatric therapy services and family supports to strengthen families and help meet the developmental and health-related needs of infants and toddlers aged birth to three-years-old.
If you have concerns or suspect your infant or toddler is struggling with their developmental growth, don’t take the “wait and see approach.” Reach out to In-Tot. The earlier the intervention, the better the results!
