Located inside the Centralia Wellness Center in the same building as Foot and Ankle Surgical Associates, Laser Artistry & Medispa offers a variety of aesthetic treatments. After opening for business on April 2, the spa will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Chloe Johnson, Master Esthetician, looks forward to offering treatments here. Working in the field since 2014, Chloe studied at the Euro Institute of Skin Care and then got her license with the Washington Laser Institute. “I love what I do,” she says. “My interest in this field was because I wanted to be able to help people. I really enjoy being able to satisfy my clients.”
The services offered at Laser Artistry & Medispa include full body waxing and the ever-popular laser hair removal. Consultations are free and treatments are typically done over a series of weeks. Facial hair removal takes four to six weeks and body hair removal takes eight to ten weeks. Laser hair removal treatments are sold in packages of one, three and six sessions. Laser Artistry & Medispa uses a Cutera Laser that has a cooling system and works well for all skin types.
Laser Artistry & Medispa offers “buy three, get three free” specials on laser hair removal twice per year – once during the summer and once during the winter. For the opening of the new Centralia location, they are running this special, offering thirty percent off all ZO skin care products and raffling off a ZO chemical peel. For patients who come in during the first week, there will also be special goodies.
Skin care is an important part of Laser Artistry & Medispa. The Cutera Laser can reduce little spider veins and darker veins on the body and face. Laser Genesis helps smooth fine lines, large pores, uneven texture, redness and facial scars. “It rejuvenates your skin and is a gentle resurfacing treatment,” says Chloe. “There is no irritation with it.” For acne, aging and sun damage, the LimeLight Facial improves tone and revitalizes skin. Ideal for face, neck or hands, this treatment is effective for all skin types.
Viroa is a skin tightening treatment that utilizes radio frequency and can be helpful after weight loss for sagging skin and texture issues. This technique restores skin’s elasticity and can be used as a facial treatment or on the body. It can also reduce cellulite.
Ten percent of the population suffers from nail fungal infections, which is treatable with the laser. The treatment is safe for all ages and any doctor can refer patients to the medispa for treatment. The sessions take only fifteen minutes and success can be achieved in one to three treatments.
One of Chloe’s favorite treatments are medical grade chemical peels. This service can help with the tone and texture of skin and offers instant results. Laser Artistry & Medispa uses ZO Skin Health by Dr. Obagi which offers comprehensive solutions for all skin types. This skin care line also includes facials which improve the health, look and feel of skin.
