Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (LCPHSS) announced on June 24 that three more county residents have tested positive for COVID-19. One person is in their 20s, another in their 40s and the third in their 50s. None were hospitalized. One lives in Commissioner District #1, the other two live in District #2. This brings the total number of known county residents with positive tests to 55, 31 of whom are considered recovered under the current definition. Three of the 55 who tested positive have died.
Positive test cases and recoveries have occurred in all areas of the county. Breaking them down by County Commissioner district shows:
