The smell of popcorn. Screams from the tilter-whirl. The nibble of a goat. Music you can dance too. The cheer of the crowd when the eight-second buzzer sounds. All this can only mean one thing: It’s finally time for the Southwest Washington Fair!

It’s happening August 14-19 as the fairgrounds in Chehalis and has everything you could possibly want to end the summer with a bang. All you need is your fair ticket to gain access to the fun, making it the best bang for your buck in Lewis County.

Daily entertainment includes family-friendly contests, comedy acts, juggling, dance performances, variety shows, bands, clowns, livestock showing and more! You can access the full Southwest Washington Fair schedule and information here.
