This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
Learn how a pistol functions, how to load one, how to grip it, stand, sight alignment and press the trigger. We will touch on what is considered self-defense and what isn’t. You do not have to own a pistol to take this class. Come and learn what to take into consideration when purchasing your first firearm. I have several different sizes of handguns to try on for size. The fee for this class is $75 which includes a $25 non-refundable deposit, balance due at the door. Class size is limited to 6 so preregistration is a must. If there is not at least 3 registered for this class it will be rescheduled, so please register early to reserve your spot. Bring your firearm if you have one, if not, bring a box of 9mm Luger/Parabellum and/or .22LR to use in the firearms I have. Join us as we celebrate our 40th anniversary at our current location! We will have refreshments and TWO special performances by Cowboy Buck and Elizabeth. The first performance at 11 a.m. features interactive musical comedy and ventriloquism for kids of all ages. Their second performance at 1 p.m. will take (some of) you on a stroll down memory lane with folk songs of the 60s and 70s.

If you work weekends and have wanted to take a class, this one is for you. If you do not own a pistol, one will be provided, just bring a box of 9mm Luger/Parabellum and/or .22LR (long rifle) ammo. Class size is limited to six attendees so register soon. What you will need to bring to participate in the class will be shared with you when you register.
