Join Dr. Alicia from 2:00-3:30 p.m. on the 2nd Sunday of each month to learn about a new herb in an easy, hands-on environment. You will leave with the knowledge of how to incorporate herbs into your daily routine, as well as a few goodies to start you off!

Nature Nurture Farmacy will be kicking off the 12-part series with mint. This herb is great for the gut and lungs, making it the perfect herb to add to your medicine cabinet this time of year.
