Welcome. Join us in celebrating the Snow Moon with music and ecstatic dance! Everyone is welcome whether you’ve been before or not, we’d love to have you. No charge, donations are accepted.
What is Ecstatic Dance? – It is a moving meditation in a safe space. No steps, no dance knowledge required, no judgement….just dance like no one’s watching. Stay within the limits of your own body and preference. The music and movement can help to process emotion, relieve stress, free inhibitions, open the heart, and invite joy inside.
We’ll dance for 75 minutes, there will be a Sound Bath Healing session directly after the dance to really sink you into a blissful state. Then we’ll celebrate the full Snow Moon with a campfire! This is an offering from the women of Gather Green, the amazing folks at Camp Singing Wind, and community members like Ananda Sound Healing & Yoga, Healing Heart Reiki and Soulstice Gardens!

Dive into the “Subtle Body” in this special 2 hour workshop. Using techniques from Kripalu yoga, Thomas Hanna Somatics and Qigong, this workshop will give you both an intellectual understanding of concepts as well as experiential education in the subtle body.
This practice is excellent for those working with chronic pain, healing injury or processing grief. It’s also a great way to begin or deepen a mindfulness practice. Each subtle body exercise uses intention instead of force to create space in the connective tissue and to lengthen tight muscles without stretching.
The workshop will begin with a discussion of the properties of Prana and the subtle body as it is described by the Koshas. This is followed by 1 hour of movement, pranayama and meditation.
This insightful home buying seminar will present attendees with the current market trends in the home buying process. In this three-hour seminar we will cover:
