Prairie Steppers Square Dance Lessons @ Oakview Grange

You are invited to learn to Square Dance with the Prairie Steppers starting Tuesday Sept. 10, 2018 and continuing on Tuesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Oakview Grange, 2715 North Pearl Street in Centralia until December 17. Your first lesson is free, then just $2.50 per lesson taught by nationally known caller Don Wood.

Singles or couples are welcome. No partner needed. Square Dance attire not required but do wear comfortable shoes. Call Larry and Andrea Kershner at 360-273-6008 for more information. We invite you to join the FUN!

Nature Nurture Farmacy is so excited to roll out a new herb class series! Join Dr. Alicia from 2:00-3:30 p.m. on the 2nd Sunday of each month to learn about a new herb in an easy, hands-on environment. You will leave with the knowledge of how to incorporate herbs into your daily routine, as well as a few goodies to start you off!

Nature Nurture Farmacy will be kicking off the 12-part series with mint. This herb is great for the gut and lungs, making it the perfect herb to add to your medicine cabinet this time of year.

Classes are $25 each and spots are limited so give NNF a call to enroll! Make healthy living a priority this year. NNF is here to show you it’s easier than you think!

Intro to YOGA @ Embody Movement Studio

Curious about YOGA? Never taken a yoga class? Not sure what to expect? This is the workshop for you!

You’ll learn the basics of yoga, get your questions answered and experience a slow-paced beginning-level yoga class.
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience or special equipment required.

Bring a water bottle and wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

About Christina: Christina Mae Wolf is the owner of Embody and a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. She offers a gentle, inviting approach to yoga, focusing on safe and proper alignment along with the integration of body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about helping people begin their yoga journey and takes great joy in witnessing her students expand and grow through their practice.
