This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
Come hang out with friends, listen to music, play games and eat snacks! Every second and fourth Thursdays. Newcomers are welcome! Snacks provided by the Friends of the Chehalis Timberland Library.
Come crafting at the library! We provide the supplies and you get to take home your creation.
Learn the art of paper quilling by creating an adorable owl pendant. All supplies provided.
A Girl & A Gun is a woman’s only firearms training organization. Come learn to shoot a pistol, and eventually a rifle, in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. If you do not own a firearm let me know so one can be made available to try. Bring your firearm (if you have one), the correct ammo for it, eye and hearing protection. All women are welcome.

Join Kitty Kat Haven for a winter paint night. All supplies will be provided for you, and your masterpiece will be ready to take home at the end of the night, this is a beginner class. All work will be acrylic paint on canvas. Proceeds go towards helping the cats under the care of KKH.
Bring a snack to share if you would like. The cost is $25 per person. It is recommended that you wear an apron or smock to protect your clothing in the event that paint is spilled. Snacks and non-acholic drinks will be provided.
Paint nights are really fun! Anyone can paint even if you’ve never done it before. All the paintings will be a little different because everyone has their own style. Click on the event picture to see the whole canvas. You can customize your painting how you’d like to make it unique to you! Instruction will be provided step by step and will take two or two and a half hours.
Paint Night will be hosted at the Kitty Kat Haven Program Center. You can buy tickets on our FB event page.
