The Lewis County Stream Team planted trees along Mill Creek to improve water quality and enhance wildlife habitat. This spring the trees need our help to survive against the reed canary grass, which blocks out sunlight and nutrients. Join us Saturday to help cut and stomp grass in a circle around the trees. Show off your best dance moves!
Directions: 266 Jefferies Road, Chehalis, Washington. Meet at the gravel parking lot located on the right side after Glenview Lane. Look for the salmon signs.
**Work gloves and refreshments provided. Bringing your own tools is welcome. Please bring appropriate footwear for wet areas. This event is family friendly.

Join the summer celebration at ChehalisFest, held each year on the last Saturday of July. This event offers activities for kids and families, car fanatics and folks of all ages throughout the day. Downtown Chehalis will be buzzing with summer fun! There will be a car show, live bands all day, beer garden, a vendor fair, kids’ zone, and local businesses will offer incredible deals! Come enjoy the lazy days of summer in downtown Chehalis!
Join Nature Nurture Farmacy for a magical fundraiser to support community wellbeing at an Enchanted Herbal Evening in the Forest. This delightful farmhouse gala fundraiser is at a beautiful private residence in Toledo on Saturday, July 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. All proceeds benefit Nature Nurture Farmacy’s mission to enable continued access to affordable holistic healthcare.
This wonderful event is specifically just for adults age 21 and over, and costumes are welcome. Enjoy music, herbal cocktails and mocktails, tea, local charcuterie and desserts, dancing, a silent auction, and much more! Fiddlesticks Cooperative Preschool and Immanuel Lutheran Church holding a joint indoor yard sale to raise funds for both the preschool and church. Thousands of items from toys to tools to clothing to shoes. It’s a bargain shoppers paradise. Doors open at 8AM.
The Wynoochee River: Come Experience It!
Pack a picnic lunch and hang out at the river with us! Wade in, enjoy a swim, kayak and learn how to safely enjoy the river while also protecting its waters.

• Share knowledge and activities on salmon, water quality and stream flow
• Provide information on ways to get involved with Grays Harbor Stream Team and more!
