This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
School has started and now is the time to educate yourself on firearm safety. Come learn firearm safety rules, how a handgun functions, how to load it, clear jams, trigger press, sight alignment, stance and more. Class size is limited to 6 attendees so register early. Don’t own a firearm yet, no problem, just bring 9mm Luger/Parabellum and/or .22LR to use in one of the handguns I have. Eye and ear protection is required, but I have extra of those if you do not have them. A baseball cap is also required. The fee is $85 which includes a $30 non-refundable deposit. If you work weekends and have wanted to take a class, this one is for you. If you do not own a pistol, one will be provided, just bring a box of 9mm Luger/Parabellum and/or .22LR (long rifle) ammo. To register for this class call Dolly at 360-978-4338. Fee for the class is $85 which includes a $30 non-refundable preregistration fee and balance due at the start of class. Class size is limited to six attendees so register soon. What you will need to bring to participate in the class will be shared with you when you register.

No tryouts – all skill levels welcome
Dates: November 2, 2022 – February 4, 2023
Practices: 1 hr. on Wednesdays
– Girls 5-6 pm
– Boys 6-7 pm
Can bring your own team (all kids register & assigned to coach) or be placed on a team
K/1st 5v5 8 ft. hoops
2nd 5v5 9 ft. hoops
Games: Will play tournaments (2-3 games) in Centralia on the following Saturdays:
– December 10
– January 7
– February 4
Included: Uniform
Cost: $200
$200 covers your complete Fall/Winter (Nov-Feb) season payment for a 90TEN Jr. Elite Competitive Basketball team. By paying in full, you are making one complete payment and you will not have to make any other monthly payments.
What’s Included:
12 – Sixty (60) minute practices (12 hours of basketball instruction)
3 Basketball Tournaments – 2-3 Games per tourney (approximately 8 hours of basketball)
1 – Uniform reversible jersey (players keep)
Coach/Admin fees (insurance, website, taxes, club memberships, etc.)
