Warm up this winter with our hoop drop in offerings. Hoop drop in classes will be one hour of group instruction to great music. This all level class will cover a group warm up and hoop movement as well as individualized instruction. This is a great way to work on your hoop flow and have the added flexibility of drop in classes.
Each drop in session is limited to 10 participants. Pre-registration encouraged. Hoops will be provided

Come experience the original POWER YOGA. The Ashtanga Primary Series 90-Minute Class experience is the one that started it all and has influenced the modern yoga that is most commonly practiced today. Ashtanga is a systematic sequence of predetermined flowing postures linked together with the breath. It is a dynamic practice designed to increase strength, flexibility and endurance.
The Ashtanga practice is good for people who like discipline and routine. It’s a great practice for all levels as it encompasses all aspects of the physical practice. Be prepared to sweat as the sequence detoxifies the body. At its core, the Ashtanga practice is exercise. It’s for both the seasoned practitioner or someone who is looking to kickstart their practice in a serious way.

Free and fun introduction to square dancing. A chance to get out and get moving. You’ll be dancing right away. Good exercise for body and brain in a friendly atmosphere. No experience necessary. This social, family-friendly class gets your body and mind moving in a fun atmosphere. By the end of ten weeks you will have learned the basics of modern square dancing – the same moves used in thousands of square dance club dances and dance events throughout the world. In this two hour workshop Katie will lead you through an adventure of finding balance on your hands with various arm balances and inversions.
We will move through an easy flow to start and get warmed up then dive into more advanced postures, taking the time to break them down. Learn to trust yourself and how to be confident when your feet aren’t on the ground.
