Come and take part in varied events to celebrate Halloween: a movie marathon at 5:00 p.m. – cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children and students at the Roxy. Attend a Halloween party for $3 at the Tiller. Get your face painted, enjoy baked goods, participate in a costume contest. Bid by donation, and the OnStage crew will Flashmob a house in the Morton area on Halloween!
Join us on Veterans Day, November 11, 2017 for a Fun Run and Health Walk to honor our military, first responders, police officers, and firefighters! A portion of the proceeds benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Open to all ages

Bring the kids to listen to classic Christmas stories being read by Father Christmas at 10:00 a.m. (before the Santa Parade) and Noon (after the Santa Parade) December 2 at Book N Brush.
The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the 68th Annual Santa Parade on December 2nd at 11:00 a.m. in downtown Chehalis. Bring the family out to this nostalgic parade filled with whimsical floats, lead by this year’s Grand Marshal, Frank Mason, and of course finished with an appearance by Santa himself! This year’s theme is “White Christmas.” The float that best reflects this theme overall will win $500 to donate to a local nonprofit of their choice. We also encourage you to stop by Courage Coffee’s mobile espresso, located next to the stage the day of the parade, the first 100 12oz Mochas or Hot Cocoa’s will be served free courtesy of the Chamber.

The Lewis County Model Railroad Club will be holding the Annual Spring Model Railroad Show and Model Train Swap Meet at the SWW Fair Grounds in the Blue Pavilion on Saturday April 7 from 10:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday April 8 from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
There will be display Model Train layouts in N scale along with Z scale and HO Scale European type, and this year there will be a special LEGO Train and layout. There will be various vendors with Model Train items for all scales and gauges for sale.
A food vendor will be available along with free parking. Admittance is $5. Children 10 years old and under will be free. One half of door admittance will be donated to the Lewis County Historical Museum, the rest will be used for the Model Railroad exhibit located in the Historical Museum.
