  • What is an ‘expandable’ dam and why is it now part of the proposal?
  • What is a ‘scoping process’ and how does it fit into the EIS for the NEPA and SEPA?
  • Who is involved?
  • How does the Flood Control Zone District affect the plan?
  • Who will pay for the dam?
  • Will my taxes increase?

Public input to the scoping is your right and responsibility. The comment period is September 29 through October 29, 2018.

Join us to learn the latest about the proposal to dam the Chehalis River. Our guest speaker is Erik Martin, Lewis County Public Works Director.
