Nia is a fun, energetic barefoot dance workout that helps you become healthy, powerful and beautiful. Experience Nia in this 1 1/2 hour workshop designed specifically for beginners. We’ll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience required!
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
This two-hour workshop, will provide you with tools to manage everyday stresses. Using Yoga, pranayama (breath), mindfulness and maitri (loving kindness), you will gain strategies to ease your worries, and ignite your inspiration to live a fulfilling life!
This is a workshop on how to travel with guns. Packing to fly with your guns or traveling out of state.

Want to play? Sign up today!! Put together a co-ed team! Represent your high school, bring a team that plays together in other sport leagues or create a team made up of family, friends, co-workers etc.
Each team can have up to 10 players with a min. of 2 opposite gender. Team members have to be high school freshman (14) or above and anyone 17 or younger must have parent/guardian approval.
Cost is $250 per team. Spectators are encouraged to come and cheer on teams. Donations will be accepted at the gym.

This event is a fun afternoon and evening of shopping, dining and enjoying time with all your favorite ladies. The first 200 will receive a “Goodie Bag” filled with various items and coupons from the local, participating business. Business listed on the passport will be running specials and promotions for all participants. Help support local business and have a great time out on the town with friends.
