In this 2 hour playshop Ann will take you on a journey of blending Music and Movement to access the Magic that can be found in Nia when you choose both Joy and Pleasure!

This activity is for 14 years and older. We will be working at the north end of the trail. Our goal is to open planting holes in the reed canary grass; suggested tools include garden clippers or hedge trimmer, long sharp knife, weed-eater. Three weed-eaters available to loan.
Come for an hour or more, dress for the weather, bring your own gloves. Hot water, donuts and coffee will be provided.
