This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
The Annual Used Book Sale, sponsored by the Lewis County Branch of American Association of University Women (AAUW) features thousands of books, sorted by subject. Prices start at $3 for hardbacks and $2 for paperbacks and drop each day. After 3 p.m. Saturday, all books are $2 per bag.
Join in a spirited book discussion of a selected title each month. New participants are always welcome! The April book is “Pachinko” by Min Jin Lee. Copies are available at the Information Desk one month before the discussion.

Taste delicious craft beer from local breweries, and chat with brewing experts as you eat, drink & play your way through the Museum.
Learn how to protect yourself and spot scams before it’s too late. We will be discussing ways thieves get your information, how to notice scam attempts and what to do if you have been a victim of financial fraud or elder fraud. Presented by the Washington Department of Financial Institutions.
Stitches of Love will be in the 4-H Hall building at the Country Chicks event held at the Southwest Washington Fair Grounds. Stop by to make a pillowcase for a child in foster care. Lunafest is a festival of films by, for and about women. Films are provided by Lunabar Company. This showing is organized by Lewis County Branch of American Association of University Women. Proceeds will benefit Human Response Network and local scholarships for women. Before the showing, attendees can enjoy complimentary appetizers and purchase raffle tickets for an assortment of baskets and other items.
