This two-hour workshop, will provide you with tools to manage everyday stresses. Using Yoga, pranayama (breath), mindfulness and maitri (loving kindness), you will gain strategies to ease your worries, and ignite your inspiration to live a fulfilling life!
Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of breath work, meditation and a sacred, sound healing concert. Kristen creates a sacred bath of healing sound with metal Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, bells, planetary chimes, tingshas, shakers, a rose quartz alchemy bowl, handheld crystal bowls, a healing gong and other soothing percussive instruments.
