Vermiculture, or worm box composting, is a process in which red wiggler worms (also called manure worms) and micro-organisms are used to convert kitchen fruit and vegetable waste (peelings, etc.) into nutrient-rich humus. Gardens and potted plants become healthier and more robust with the addition of this “black gold”.

Henna Art Basics with Susan Clark: Starting with the very basics of henna. What is it? How can you get the best stain? Simple lines, dots, and curves can make interesting patterns. Practicing holding Henna cone, creating designs, and then create a final piece on either canvas for framing or on your skin! Join in the fun and leave refreshed with the scent of lavender infused henna.
