Lewis County Composite Squadron — Civil Air Patrol — Meeting @ Centralia First Christian Church
Nov 14 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Lewis County Composite Squadron — Civil Air Patrol — Meeting @ Centralia First Christian Church | Centralia | Washington | United States

We are an active squadron with opportunities for cadets and senior officers to learn, achieve, and serve our local community.

Being under the umbrella of the Air Force and Homeland Security, we have regulations that ensure the safety of our volunteers, as well as manuals to guide us in our training. One of which is the CAP Pamphlet 216 which explains the five key traits of cadet life.

The five traits of cadet life are: the proper wear of the uniform, excellence in aerospace, opportunities to lead and grow in interpersonal and management skills, challenges to build teamwork, ethics and physical fitness, and last but definitely not least is fun.

If you think you haven’t seen us out and about, look again – but look up this time. Spring through autumn you will see us in the sky! We are the gliders you see almost every weekend around the Chehalis Airport. This certainly seems like an advantageous way to achieve the key trait of fun!

Come check out the local unit, ask questions, and see if this is the organization for you.
