Psychic Development Class @ Lewis County Historical Museum

On October 17, 2015 from 4 to 7PM, internationally known psychic William Becker of Paranormal Insights will hold a Psychic Development class at the museum. During the class, Becker will help participants learn to develop their own psychic intuition. The cost of the class is $35.

Nia is a fun, energetic barefoot dance workout that helps you become healthy, powerful and beautiful. Experience Nia in this 1 1/2 hour workshop designed specifically for beginners. We’ll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.

All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience required!

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

This class is based on the Nia technique, emphasizing soft music and simple choreography that invites you to drop-in to your body and relax your nervous system in a supportive atmosphere of safety and trust. Personalize the movements while focusing on pleasure, resulting in improved overall feelings of wellness regardless of current physical/medical condition. Classes are designed to meet the needs of those diagnosed with long-term or chronic illness and mobility limitations as well as individuals with short-terms personal healing goals for body, mind and emotions. Beginners of all ages are welcome.

$12 Drop-In. $20 for BOTH 9:00am Freedance the Divine & 10:30am Moving to Heal.
