This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.

This class is based on the Nia technique, emphasizing soft music and simple choreography that invites you to drop-in to your body and relax your nervous system in a supportive atmosphere of safety and trust. Personalize the movements while focusing on pleasure, resulting in improved overall feelings of wellness regardless of current physical/medical condition. Classes are designed to meet the needs of those diagnosed with long-term or chronic illness and mobility limitations as well as individuals with short-terms personal healing goals for body, mind and emotions. Beginners of all ages are welcome.

Drama makes for an interesting life, but too much drama? Not so much! Life Skills for Teens will help you (or your teen) build a life with unwanted drama. This fun group will gather to discuss those topics that can make life difficult, providing information, tools, and experiences that can smooth the road in front of you.
Topics will include healthy relationships and warning signs of dangerous relationships, safety and risk with social media, safer sex and abstinence, consent and setting boundaries, handling break-ups and much more!

“Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment.” Thich Nhat Han
Nia invites us to breath from our hara (Low Belly) while we are dancing through life and in class.
