In this two-hour reflective journaling and movement experience, you’ll begin the process of excavating and understanding our Body’s Autobiography. Writing your Body Autobiography is a process of reflecting on your history, the messages and their meaning that has become your body’s story. The many messages and experiences we have been through have left an imprint on our relationship with our body often enhancing or disrupting our relationship with our body and ultimately affecting our sense of peace and satisfaction.
This class experience will include a movement meditation and dance with the intent of leaving you feeling satisfied, relaxed and connected to your “now body” and grateful for the privilege to co-exist with and within it.
You can expect to do some journaling, floorplay and freedance – in the energy of joy and gratitude!
