In this two hour workshop, you will learn how to build support in your hips, low back and hamstrings to relieve low back pain, help knee issues and create greater longevity throughout your entire lower body which is the foundation for all of your body’s movement.

Take a tour with friends to tour a productive organic farm with conserved land bordering the Chehalis River. The farm activities, chickens, pigs, young farmers will be our stars. The lands, timber and wildlife habitat will also be discussed.

The goal of this club is for young adults to get together to read, discuss, and share YA literature. No genre is excluded! (So long as it’s Young Adult.)
Regular meetings will be held on the 4th Sunday of every month, from 1:30pm – 3:00pm
