This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
This social, family-friendly class gets your body and mind moving in a fun atmosphere. By the end of ten weeks you will have learned the basics of modern square dancing – the same moves used in thousands of square dance club dances and dance events throughout the world. You’ll be dancing at the very first lesson. Couples, families and singles are all welcome. Join students from Centralia High School to complete work on native planting along the Discovery Trail. No equipment needed; we’ll be placing plant protection etc. on the plants.
Please remember to dress for the weather. This event is rain or shine, wind or snow!

In this two hour workshop Katie will lead you through an adventure of finding balance on your hands with various arm balances and inversions.
We will move through an easy flow to start and get warmed up then dive into more advanced postures, taking the time to break them down. Learn to trust yourself and how to be confident when your feet aren’t on the ground.

Start your spring right! Spend just two hours to help protect the baby plants at the trail. These little gems will grow to enhance everyone’s experience when walking the trail. This work is NOT strenuous, but we will be bending over or kneeling on the ground.
