Escape the lab before it’s too late! You and your team will need to use cunning and collaboration to navigate the puzzles and escape the room unscathed within the time limit! Starting October 9th, stop by the library or call 360-736-0183 to sign up for a time slot. For teens only, ages 12-18.

Celebrate the Monsters of the Sea at Boo Bash at the Hands On Children’s Museum in Olympia, WA. Dress up in costumes and enjoy a day of fun Halloween-inspired activities without the fright. Explore the new Megan D Vintage Schooner exhibit, take a black light deep-sea dive, search for hidden treasure on the “Ghost Ship,” investigate bioluminescence with sea creatures that glow, discover the power of electricity and what makes eels electric, design a glow-in-the-dark silkscreen print, press apples into cider, watch Dr. Science Demos, door prizes, face painting, fun, and food! Sponsored by Hanson Subaru. Activities are FREE with Museum admission or membership. Event overflow parking available in the parking lot north of the Museum.
