AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides free income tax preparation. You do not need to be retired and you do not need to be a member of AARP. Counselors are certified through the IRS to their Advanced Certification. If you have questions on the new standard deduction, child tax credit and more, we can help you. Stitches of Love will be in the 4-H Hall building at the Country Chicks event held at the Southwest Washington Fair Grounds. Stop by to make a pillowcase for a child in foster care. Join the Chehalis River Basin Land Trust for a day on by river removing invasive plant species along the Discovery Trail. For all work parties, please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. Youth under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult and all youth under 18 years of age must have a signed waiver to participate.
Coffee, Water, and Snacks will be provided.
