They sing full-time, traveling all over the United States and Canada. Everyone is welcome to this concert. There is no charge for this concert and no ticket is required. Fantastic Flying Foelschs, a two piece doom metal band from Shelton, WA will start off the night, next is Seattle’s metal band Swamp Church, and to headline will be Tacoma’s metal band Mantle Collapse! Set Free NW will be celebrating our 2nd Annual Open House on Saturday September 7th from 11AM- 4 PM. This event will be held at 3149 Jackson Hwy, Chehalis, WA. There will be hamburgers, hotdogs, kids’ games, giveaways, live music, car/ bike show, and much more! This event is free and open community wide and will be advertised in the greater Lewis County area and on the radio stations as far as Portland Oregon.
The purpose of this event is to build a solid relationship with our community and surrounding areas. Set Free NW is a faith-based recovery center designed to assist men and women who are struggling with substance abuse and those who are in life crisis. Country Dancing for 60 years! Come learn how and enjoy a family friendly dancing to country music. Grange members make a light repast (lunch of sandwiches, dessert, coffee/tea and soda pop). A Raffle is held. Suggested Donations: $6 at the door and maybe $5 or so per meal enjoyed. All while shuffling across the dance floor to delightful
country music classics.
See Capitol Comedy’s new show, “You Can’t Be Serious,” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 19. The talented performers of the Capitol Comedy troupe send up the Biden-Harris Administration, the Trump-Vance challenge, and a host of public figures with song parodies, comedy sketches, mock commercials and fake news updates.
Liberty Quartet is based in Boise Idaho. They sing full time in venues across the USA and Canada. This will be a fun evening with upbeat music appropriate for all ages.
Imago’s shows have been described as Cirque Du Soleil-evoking acrobatics mixed with Mummenschanz-like mime, set in a unique, yet accessible, French-influenced, avant-garde playground. ZooZoo is penguins playing musical chairs, a cat trapped in a giant paper bag, hippos with insomnia, anteaters as waiters, and a madcap revue of illusion, comedy and fun that has inspired audiences nationwide. Imago has performed in China, Europe and at some of North America’s most revered festivals.
