Experience Chehalis invites you to downtown Chehalis on Saturday, July 26, for ChehalisFest – a full day of sunshine, shopping, live music, classic cars, and family fun! This much-loved summer celebration brings energy and excitement downtown with something for everyone—from car lovers and festival-goers to families and shoppers.
Festivities kick off bright and early with the Blueberry Pancake Breakfast at the Lewis County Historical Museum from 8:00-11:00 a.m. Then head down to the Kids Zone at Prindle Street and Chehalis Avenue for games, face painting, balloon creations, and more! Just down the road on Chehalis Avenue, visit the City of Chehalis’ touch-a-truck display featuring the hook and ladder firetruck and many others.
Over 70 vendors will line the streets for Gemini Events’ ChehalisFest Vendor Fair, offering handmade goods, art, local products, and unique finds. Meanwhile, Boistfort Street will be bustling with the Chehalis Farmers Market and Summer Selfie Row, where you can snap a pic with fun and playful backdrops.
Experience Chehalis proudly sponsors the ChehalisFest Car Show, with early registration at 7:00 a.m. and the show starting at 9:00 a.m. Live music plays near the show all day, with awards announced at 3 p.m. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Veterans Memorial Museum and Experience Chehalis. Don’t miss the beer garden at Garbe’s on Prindle Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. – the perfect place to relax and enjoy live tunes!
Back by popular demand, the ChehalisFest Scavenger Hunt invites festivalgoers to explore downtown and discover hidden gems. Each location you visit earns an entry into a drawing for $200 in local gift cards—plus, enjoy exclusive discounts and giveaways from participating businesses along the way!
Local shops will be offering sidewalk sales, pop-ups, and celebrations throughout the day. Catch performances by Southwest Washington Dance Center and Heritage Kung Fu.
