In warmer months, lavender farms open their fields for visitors to enjoy the intoxicating aroma in stunning scenes. From Adna to Mineral, Randle to Toledo, here are four lovely lavender farms to explore in Lewis County this summer.

Since 2020, Pace Family Lavender & Hobby Farm in Adna has been a one-stop shop for relaxation and fun. This charming family-owned haven boasts over 650 lavender plants in ten fragrant varieties. Wander through fields of wildflowers and sunflowers, or pick your own perfect lavender bunch. They even have a small pumpkin patch for a seasonal delight!

Indulge in specialty lavender treats like lemonade, candy, and honey. Browse the mercantile for handcrafted lavender gifts, including lotion, soap, candles, jewelry, yard art, and more. Unleash your creativity at workshops for wreath making, creating stepping stones, and birdhouse building. The farm is a member of Harvest Host and Hipcamp and has hosted campers from all over the world, including Germany, New Zealand, and England. Need a place to stay for out-of-town guests? Pace Lavender Farm will offer in September 2024 “The Cabin in the Woods,” a unique accommodation on Airbnb.  

Are you hosting a party? Make the event unforgettable with the new outdoor space available for rent for private parties. The Chapel is an intimate spot for a ceremony or small party, and the Pace Pavilion has added a wonderful open-covered area for activities.

What was once a field of stubborn scotch broom, stumps, and debris has transformed into a thriving lavender sanctuary with over 8,000 lovely fragrant plants. With a passion for lavender beyond the harvest, Cowlitz Falls Lavender produces lavender into a range of luxurious products, including essential massage oils, soap, candles, salves, lotions and natural cleaning products. The farm even partners with other lavender farms across the country by supplying them with bulk wholesale products.

Experience the magic of Cowlitz Falls Lavender firsthand. The farm store opens, and U-pick lavender will begin in mid-June. Don’t miss the highlight of the season with the annual Lavender Celebration! Former Vice President of Finance for a multi-million international company turned lavender farmer, Tina Moore with Lavender Passion Flower Farm loves lavender’s healing properties. So much so that she turned her eleven acres in Mineral into a stunning purple wonderland of all things lavender.

From the 550 plants and 20 varieties, fragrant calming essential oils are distilled from the purple flowers. The gift shop also features versatile lavender mist, beautiful aromatherapy bracelets, lavender honey lip balm, herbal soaks, bath salts, organic culinary lavender and handmade gifts.

With a mission that every new person who visits leaves as a friend, find lavender field tours, live plants and lavender bundles for sale. Lavender Passion Flower Farm also offers booking space as a wedding venue and a picture-perfect backdrop for photography sessions.

Featuring three Airbnb’s, getaway and indulge in serenity by booking the Bungalow, Cottage or Dome Glamping. Guests can use the shared luxurious bathhouse with an indoor full shower or experience the outdoor shower for a wonderful experience.

At Toledo Lavender, they take their love for lavender to the next level and distill pure lavender essential oil, which is perfect for aromatherapy or DIY projects. Also, find plants, lavender hydrosol spray, lotions, soaps, candles, dry bundles of lavender, and lavender buds. Try some refreshing lavender lemonade or lavender ice cream bars in several flavors for a floral treat. Need a gift? There’s something for everyone with gift sets and plenty of various gift items.

In July, experience the joy of U-cut lavender and create your own fragrant bouquets. Don’t miss the annual Toledo Lavender U-Cut Lavender Festival from July 12 to 14. Find vendors, U-cut lavender, lavender ice cream, fresh lavender and lavender plants. Admission and parking are free, so head to this family farm for a fun day in the fields.
