Micro Bytes Learning Center Offers New Sessions

The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber) is now offering a new opportunity to participate in one-hour learning sessions about tightly focused topics. Upcoming classes include topics about Canva, negotiations, and stress-free collection techniques. Courses take place at the Chamber office and are either at 8 a.m. or noon. Micro Byte sessions cost $10 a session. Chamber members can get three classes for $25. For reservations, email thechamber@chamberway.com or call 360.748.8885.

Learn more about everyday negotiations presented by Laura Hight, Assistant Director at Community Mediation Center. During this interactive session, we will address common work situations that can frustrate us all. Unproductive meetings, bickering coworkers or difficult clients can all be met with a simple, effective approach to resolving conflict that may surprise you.

Previously Demus was Senior Account Collections Manager with Comenity Bank for nine years. She is sharing her tips and secrets to making this stress-free for you and a positive experience for those behind in their payments. Capturing payments before they go to professional collections brings more money and salvages strained customer relations.
